Living room area is inclusive of a modern sofa with coffee tables and a Led TV to relax and enjoy some entertainment. It also has a balcony that has a view of the Entire complex.

Dining Area:
Dining area is attached to the living area. It has a dining table that can seat four.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped with a single door fridge, Tata Swach Smart Water Purifier, Induction plate, electric cooker , frying pans , kadia , chopping board , prestige cooker ,coffee maker and basic utensils and cutlery. The kitchen opens to a balcony with the view of the complex.

Master Bedroom:
The Master bedroom is spacious and air-conditioned and has twin beds with an attached bathroom. It has doubled door wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror. There is an iron and a hair dryer and clothes stand to dry clothes. The bedroom also has a balcony with a lovely view of the entire complex.

By Bus- Candolim Beach is well connected to the Panaji Bus Station, which is at a distance of 12 km. There are many KTC (Kadamba Transport Corporation) and private bus operator from Panaji bus stop to Candolim. You can also take a bus from Mapusa to reach Candolim in maximum 15 minutes.

Apartment is cleaned and readied by professional housekeeping staff before your check-in and on an alternate day basis in your stay. It does not include cleaning of the utensils.

Property Rules:

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.

2) Damages if any to the property, will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable as security at the time of check in to cover for damages if any. In case of misbehavior, the Apartment owner/ manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises. Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.

3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night. Smoking is restricted to only the balcony.
