Mannerless and rude host. Denied us stay for no fault of ours and did not pick calls after it. Finally when he did he was almost abusive. Never in my life have I witnessed such a rude and foolish host.

When we arrived we were shown our two “private cottages”, which were not at all private, they were actually joined together with a shared roof so you could hear the next room in the toilet very clearly. We have stayed in Palolem several times and this is the best accommodation we’ve used. The dwellings look stunning viewed from the beach, ours had a lovely view of the sea and palms. This has to be one of the best places in Cancona. An experience to remember. The only gripe I have with this place is the lack of room service. Apart from this, no problem at all. The staff is supremely courteous and accommodating.

We did our booking and paying in November 2016, unfortunately our booking was canceled without a reason. It took several mails to get the refund of our money. Because of the changing INR course we paid around 1� for wasted time. To summarize, we didn't get the chance to stay at your place, but the booking experience was bad.

Refreshing... ecologically built cottages are clean, fresh n spacious. We just love the atmosphere over there n service they provide us. Only problem is its little bit inside from beach... otherwise we loved d stay at Ourem palace.
