The space
The House itself is built on two levels in old Goan style of Architecture, with laterite stone walls that are more than a foot thick and high ceilings. The structure was designed to keep the temperature of the house comfortable & cool even in the peak Goan summers. The extra wide wrap around verandas on the ground level and the first level add an old world character to the house.
The Villa consists of five exquisitely appointed bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms, a dining room, a living room with media centre, a lounge overlooking the front garden and a well stocked library. With hardwood furniture, carefully selected upholstery, extra soft and comfortable mattresses & linen and more, the villa is designed to make you feel as comfortable as your own home, if not more.

Guests will have access to the entire property. The front garden is divided into 3 landscaped parts. Entry is from the main road into the front garden, leading into the Middle garden (we call it the well garden), finally leading into the garden adjacent to the main house. There are large covered verandas on the ground and the first floor with eclectic seating arrangements. There is a designated zone for BBQ, Yoga etc
